This program aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge about the healthcare system, including clinics, health economics, health sociology, epidemiology, public health, and health information systems. It also focuses on health system logistics management and nonprofit organizations operating in the healthcare sector.

Course Modules:

1. Health Economics
Explore the relationship between economics and the healthcare system, including healthcare costs and funding mechanisms.

2. Health Sociology
Study the social influences on health and how societal and cultural factors impact healthcare behaviors.

3. Epidemiology and Public Health
Cover the principles of epidemiology and public health policies that protect and promote community health.

4. Health Information Systems
Learn about the technologies managing health information, including electronic health records (EHR).

5. Health Services Planning and Evaluation
Understand strategies for planning health services and analyzing their effectiveness in achieving goals.

6. Health System Logistics Management
Study how to manage the flow of health resources and ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

7. Nonprofit Financial Management
Explore how to manage finances and budgets in nonprofit healthcare organizations to ensure the continuity of services and achievement of objectives

Healthcare Manager’s Duties and Responsibilities:

Graduates will receive a certificate accredited by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education and an equivalent professional bachelor’s degree from Nottingham Professional College, recognized and accredited.
